THE LAUNCH OF AN ICY LAS VEGAS HIDEOUT: STELLA’S ICE CREAM SHOP
In the depths of the Wynn lies 100 whimsical flavors
Las Vegas, NV – December 8, 2020 – Set to do a grand opening on New Year’s Day 2021, Stella’s Ice Cream Shop is a haven creamery full of pastel interior and never-tried-before blend of flavors located at the Wynn hotel.
Complimentary to a millennial and Gen Z’s social accounts, Stella’s Ice Cream Shop features 100 unique, “Instagrammable” flavors including the Egg Yolk Spaceship, Popcorn Freeze Sneeze and Mint Tint. The brand prides themselves in using only all-natural ingredients and provides gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options. Their interior is described as a “pastel dream land” with 50 seats to fill, alongside a mini-ice cream exhibition.
Stella’s Ice Cream Shop is located on the East-wing casino floor of the Wynn. They are open every day from 12 p.m. to 1 a.m. Pricing ranges from $2 ice cream cones to $10 bowls. The brand wanted to provide an “affordable experience” as they target the younger generation’s budget. The exhibition costs $15 to enter and includes pastel digital visuals of the history of ice cream, dessert sculptures, and “selfie-corners.” Stellasicecreamshop.com includes further information.
CEO Stella Kim created Stella’s Ice Cream Shop, “for the beautifully proud and unique individual who are ready to show the world who they are.” As an Asian-American and LGBTQ+ owner, Kim wanted to create a fun and safe space for her communities and be able to reach out to “lovely persons” who are generally interested in aesthetically pleasing ice cream and interior.
